Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from any distance purchase (online order) within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
At everfylif3.shop, we extend the withdrawal period to 30 days — more than double the legally required 14 days. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

📦 Return the Product
After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the product back. The product must be:
- In its original packaging (if possible)
- In the same condition as when received
- With all accessories and documentation included
- Unused or only tested as you would in a physical store
💰 Receive Your Refund
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card — refund to your card
- PayPal — refund to your PayPal account
- Bank Transfer — refund to your bank account
- Cash on Delivery — refund via bank transfer

✅ Accepted Returns
- Product tested briefly (as you would in a store)
- Original packaging opened but intact
- All accessories and manuals included
- Minor handling — product is still in sellable condition
❌ Not Accepted
- Product significantly used or damaged
- Missing parts, accessories, or manuals
- Product modified or altered from original state
- Hygiene-sealed products opened (where applicable)
You may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

📌 Important Information
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item — in which case return shipping is free.
If your product is defective, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund including return shipping costs. This is separate from the right of withdrawal and is covered by the 2-year legal warranty.
If you ordered multiple items in one order, you can withdraw from one or more items individually — you don't need to return the entire order.
